Our property supervisors are very involved in the day to day operations of the properties, work closely with the Board for streamlining services and follow up on issues. They take continuing education classes and attend seminars on the management of condominiums which reflects on their knowledge of overseeing your Association to provide superb service and provide proper guidance.

We know how to add value to properties, oversee capital improvements for the betterment of the property and are able to accomplish work without delay. We are a small management company that can give the Board’s and Associations personal attention. Financial Reporting
Our financial reports include the necessary information on a monthly basis to the Board. They are prepared by a CPA firm independent of Invsco Management Company and this cost is included in the management fee. Assessments and other charges are billed monthly to the unit owners, and deposited into a bank lock box for safety and efficiency. We also offer direct payment of assessments for the convenience of the unit owners.
We pride ourselves on the personal attention given to the Board, unit owners and residents of our Associations. Thorough property inspections are performed with the results and solutions presented to the Board.
Value Added/Capital Improvements, ET AL
With our experience in condominium conversions, we work with Boards on common area improvements that will enhance the value to the units along with competitively bidding out this work, oversee capital repairs and obtain proposals on general maintenance contracts to get the best service for a reasonable price.
We work closely with the engineering company for any large repair or maintenance program. We execute preventive maintenance programs and follow through on the plan to make sure all the work is being performed as written.
Budgeting
Our budgeting process is detailed with much analysis for each line item. We review the Reserve Study and include the adequate funding for the property. Capital expenditures are included in the budget for the proper maintenance of the property.
